Founder, Navvy PSA Board Member #35 PPC Expert · 2025 & 2026

Paid search for journeys that start with a conversation.

I build the paid search and measurement systems behind high-value travel: the safari planned over eighteen months, the expedition voyage, the lodge whose guests keep the forest standing.

No deck, no proposal, no qualifying form.

About

The most human sales deserve the best support.

High-value travel bookings take weeks of consideration and are worth thousands when they land. Most paid search treats them like newsletter sign-ups: optimised to enquiry counts, reported on last clicks, judged on a cost per lead that says nothing about revenue. That gap is the reason Navvy exists.

The work is measurement-first. Offline conversions wired back from your CRM, bidding on booking value rather than enquiry volume, and a straight answer when something ran unmeasured. If a campaign is wasting money, you hear it from me first, with the figure attached.

Before Navvy: 12+ years in paid search, leading the PPC team at Trainline, consulting for the Decathlon Group, Greenpeace and British Heart Foundation, and three and a half years at Opteo building Google Ads software. Originally from Tours, France; based in London.

One craft, four places, one direction.

Everything I run is converging on the same idea: marketing skill applied where it does measurable good.

How the work runs

Mechanism before promises.

Five values run through everything I build. They are not aspirations; they are operational, stress-tested in the work, the client roster and what gets turned down.

01

Clarity

Data should simplify decisions. Dashboards and briefs reveal what matters, not everything that can be measured: offline conversions from your CRM, booking value in the auction, and for conservation-funded operators, guest revenue connected to the conservation funding it generates, to the pound.

02

Integrity

Transparent in spend, attribution and creative performance, always, including the tests that did not work and the weeks something ran unmeasured. I never claim sustainability credentials on a client's behalf: commercial outcomes are what I deliver, values alignment is what I verify.

03

Precision

Waste hides in the details. Tracking, bidding, search term governance and creative testing are engineered layer by layer, because for a small marketing team wasted budget is existential. The systems protect margin, not just volume.

04

Partnership

The work runs as an embedded extension of your team. Seasonal camp closures, conservation calendars and brand equity constraints are understood from the inside, not negotiated through a quarterly review.

05

Impact

Growth must be measurable and sustainable: optimised for contribution margin and customer lifetime value, never for vanity metrics. For conservation-funded operators, revenue growth is conservation funding. I take that responsibility seriously.

Track record

Numbers I can publish; the rest in conversation.

The flagship: an eighteen-month paid-search rebuild for Wilderness, the conservation-led safari operator, run embedded with their in-house performance and sales teams. Qualified-lead definitions written with the sales team, enquiry outcomes returned from the CRM to the platforms, and six European markets scaled on their own acquisition economics. Published with permission.

Other client results belong to the clients. If you want to see what the same approach does for your brand, ask; that conversation is how the trust gets built anyway.

Community

Growth advice should not depend on being able to afford it.

The Good Growth Movement is the community I co-founded with Maxim Kahlert: a social enterprise helping purpose-led entrepreneurs grow businesses that do good, starting from Walthamstow.

A free peer community, practical workshops and mentoring in ethical digital marketing, and local directories of businesses built around repair, refill, learning and connection. Structured as a community interest company, so surpluses are reinvested rather than extracted.

For grant specialists and funders: the CIC's beneficiaries are entrepreneurs, micro-enterprises and early-stage social enterprises, particularly from under-represented or financially disadvantaged backgrounds, who lack affordable access to marketing and business-growth expertise. If you work in grant funding for community organisations, an introduction would be genuinely valuable.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks first.

Who is this a good fit for?
Travel brands whose bookings are worth thousands and sold through enquiry and conversation rather than instant checkout: conservation safaris, expedition voyages, regenerative lodges, luxury rail. If that is not you, the first conversation will say so plainly and point you somewhere better suited.
How does pricing work?
A flat monthly fee agreed up front, based on scope rather than a percentage of spend, so the incentive is your results, not your budget. You will have an exact figure before anything starts.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Engagements run month to month after an initial onboarding period. If the work is not delivering, you should not be paying for it.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do, always. Ad accounts, analytics, tracking and every row of historical data live in your properties, with access granted to me by you. If we part ways, everything stays with you.
What exactly is included?
Google Ads and Microsoft Ads strategy, build and management, plus the measurement that makes them work: GA4, server-side tracking, and offline conversions imported from your CRM. Reporting states what worked, what did not, and what it cost. It is deliberately not a ten-channel offer.

Let's turn interest into your next booking.
